Steps to Download Admit Card
Those who have applied for these posts can download the admit card from the official BPSC website. To get it, candidates need to follow these simple steps: First go to the BPSC official website bpsc.bihar.gov.in and find the link that says Assistant Engineer Admit Card 2025 on the homepage. Now, you will be taken to a login page. Now enter your registration number and password or the captcha code as asked. Your admit card will be appear on the screen after you enter your details. Download tour admit card and take a printout to carry to the exam hall. All the information on the admit card should be correct all the candidates should check the details like your name, roll number, exam date, time, and exam center address. If candidates see any mistake in admit card, contact the BPSC office as soon as possible to correct it.
Exam Pattern
The BPSC AE Examination 2025 will take place from 17th to 19th July 2025, the exam will held in two shifts each day. The first shift will start at 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the second shift will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. There are total of six papers in the exam. These papers include: General English, General Hindi, General Studies, General Engineering Science, and two subject papers based on the candidate’s branch (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). Each paper contains 100 marks and you will have 1 hour to complete the exam. The qualifying papers are General English and General Hindi. You need to score at least 30 marks in each to move ahead in the selection process. The marks from the other four papers will be counted for the final merit list. Also, if a candidate has already worked as an Assistant Engineer on a contract, they can get extra marks (up to 25) based on BPSC rules.
Important Instructions
All Candidates should reach the exam center two hours before the exam starts. The gates will close at 10:00 AM for both shifts. If you are late, you will not be allowed to enter, no matter what the reason is. You must bring your admit card and a photo ID like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID. Do not bring Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, and other electronic items to the exam hall. If there is a dress code follow it. Also listen to exam staff and follow all the instructions. If you break any rules, you may be disqualified from the exam.

1. If there is an error in my Admit Card how can i correct it ?
If there is any mistake in your admit card like incorrect name, photo, or exam center you should immediately contact BPSC.
2. If i have a digital copy of the admit card with me Can I enter the exam center?
No. Only a printed hard copy of the BPSC AE Admit Card 2025 will be accepted at the examination center.
3. What are the documents required along with the BPSC AE Hall Ticket?
A photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving License) along with the admit card. You will not get entry in the exam hall without these documents.
